Our new shop in Alameda

In September of 2011 we moved our shop to a waterfront building located on the decommissioned Naval base in Alameda, CA. The building was used by the Navy to test and repair jet engines from the 1940's until the base was closed in 1997. Shortly after it was converted into a wood and metal working facility that also houses a piano repair shop, a mobile recording studio, a wind tunnel / air flow testing facility and now our new 1400 sq foot workshop! Below are some photos of the new space, as well as some of the panoramic (and slightly toxic) views of the Bay that we've been lucky enough to enjoy each day.

Mike Sutfin - Blade II

In October of 2010 we had the pleasure of printing this huge and elaborate silkscreen for our good friend and neighbor Mike Sutfin. The print was commissioned by Mondo and the Alamo Drafthouse, the first of print of their Guillermo Del Toro series. Both editions were 24"x36", 6 Colors and sold out very quickly!

OM - Fall Tour Poster - David D'Andrea

Available today is the newest OM poster that our in-house Illustrator, David V. D'Andrea has once again unleashed after hours of meticulous late night inking. The main edition is 300 pcs, along with a super limited variant on brown paper with a different color way. Both editions are 7 colors with two split fountains. The bulk of the main edition will be sold on the OM tour (dates below) and we'll be selling a small batch of each on our site... first come, first serve. You can purchase the print HERE.

Hot off the presses at Monolith is a monumental new OM print by David D'Andrea. This is a 23"x35" 9 color screenprint for Om and Six Organs of Admittance, performing tonight in Portland, Oregon. It will be available for purchase online at midnight on Friday February 13th.

The print was made in an edition of 225, with a variant edition of 28. Approximately 100 regular edition and 20 variants will be available via mailorder.

This is the first of 4 prints that Monolith will publish in 2009.
